Safety Awareness Pays! is the new safety incentives program created by the Facilities Unit Safety Committee. The objective is to increase safety awareness among all Facilities employees by rewarding them for reporting potential hazards they encounter on the job and ideas for making their job safer.

Please NOTE: All participants and their entries remain ANONYMOUS when being reviewed by our Safety Committee. Click Here to obtain an Entry Form!
The Committee will review all Valid Entries monthly, and will have the option of selecting one entry as Entry of the Month, providing there are a sufficient number of entries to choose from.

Entry of the Month wins a Level 2 Prize, has their name and entry displayed on this website. The winner also has the option of having their picture taken and posted along with their entry details. All remaining Valid Entries are rewarded with a Level 1 Prize.
In addition, all Valid Entries will earn 1 chance at winning the Grand Prize drawing to be held every 6 months. The first Grand Prize went to Greg Dahmen of the HVAC-Refrigeration Shop. Click Here to view the latest Grand Prize winner!
